Financial Plan & RoadmapSection 04
Through the Green Me Festival script submissions, Green Me Film Production has access to and owns over 222 scripts with environmental subjects for feature films. The production years from 2027 onward will therefore be filled with current topics according to society and movie market development. The global network of Green Me has an abundance of film partners worldwide to always fill the production pipeline, with strong studio contacts in the Americas, USA, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Europe and Asia. The motivation to produce globally is to further the communication among all countries.
Because the scripts, the awards, the festival brand, the partner network and the team already exist, the funding is applied to production and delivery rather than to building the platform.
| Metric | Figure |
|---|---|
| Period of time | 10 years production time |
| Films per year | 22 |
| Budget per film | EUR 44,000,000.00 (€44 Million) |
| Annual production cost | EUR 968,000,000.00 (€968 Million) |
| Development & contingency per production year | EUR 32,000,000.00 (€32 Million) |
| Development provision per film | EUR 1,450,000.00 (€1.45 Million) |
| Scripts owned and available | 222 |
| Films over the full ten-year plan | 220 |
The EUR 44,000,000.00 per picture includes that picture's own production contingency. The annual EUR 32,000,000.00 is a separate slate-level provision for development and overhead — roughly 3.3% of the annual production spend. That is at the lean end of the sector norm, and deliberately so: with 222 environmental scripts already owned outright, the development risk that would ordinarily be carried in this line has largely been pre-paid.

A one-off capital line: acquisition of production studio capacity, held at holding level as a fixed asset serving the entire slate. Half and core scope acquire one facility at EUR 200,000,000.00. Extended scope acquires three, at EUR 600,000,000.00 — twenty-two features a year for a decade exceeds what a single studio can carry, and owning the capacity outright is cheaper across 220 pictures than renting it. Target facilities have not yet been selected; candidates have been identified in the United States, the Caribbean and the Middle East, and the figure is set to acquire outright rather than to build or joint-venture. Stage space, post-production and specialist facilities move from a recurring per-picture cost to an owned asset, purchased once against a program that runs a decade, with capacity available to third-party productions between Green Me shoots.
Green Me's US production partnerships branch coast to coast, focused on New York, Florida, Louisiana, Georgia, Texas and California.

Green Me builds a global network of filmmakers and socially and environmentally aware co-production partners. The aim is to secure top storytelling talent, developing films of the calibre of Erin Brockovich or Avatar but with local storylines through which countries discover one another.
After four decades of operation in the film sector, the network comprises filmmakers, film festivals, co-production partners, film sales specialists and top film talent holding Emmy, Academy and other leading international recognitions — the basis on which the original donation or base funding is intended to perpetuate itself rather than be consumed.
